Thank You Circle K:

Together, we can beat heart disease and stroke

Heart & Stroke TV Bingo players know Circle K has been the go-to destination for cards since we launched the program in January. During our first year playing TV Bingo together, Circle K has been committed to helping people join the fun. Supporters like you have purchased bingo cards from 63 locations across Nova Scotia and together, have raised funds for Heart & Stroke initiatives right here at home.  We are so grateful to everyone for the overwhelming support.

Circle K’s parent company Alimentation Couche-Tard prides themselves on both fast, friendly service and giving back to the community through almost 1,900 Couche-Tard and Circle K stores across Canada. For many of you, we know going to your local Circle K for TV Bingo cards has become an important part of your weekly routine. From both the stores and supporters like you, we have heard about the connections you have made – from the friendly hellos, the shared excitement about the wins and the mutual frustration when JC just won’t call the numbers you need!

The company’s support extends far beyond bingo programs. Since 2011, Circle K has supported Heart & Stroke initiatives like the Paper Hearts Campaign, raising over $490,000. In 2019, they sold Heart & Stroke bracelets in select stores to raise money to help drive research breakthroughs. Paper Hearts will return to stores across Nova Scotia, PEI, and Newfoundland in February 2023 for Heart Month.

We want to thank everyone who is a part of our Nova Scotia Heart & Stroke TV Bingo community – from those at Circle K and our other card retailers to all of you who purchase your bingo cards every week so you can tune in on Monday night and play.

Together, we are making a difference in the lives of people impacted by heart disease and stroke. We are looking forward to another year of Heart & Stroke TV Bingo success.
